Veterinary Technician, Internal Medicine - CVT/LVT/RVT | $22–$36/hr | Up to $1,500 Sign-On BonusLocation: Portsmouth, NHSchedule: Full-Time | Four 10-hour shifts per weekCompensation: $22–$36/hour + Up to $1,500 Sign-On BonusJoin Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital as a full-time Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician in Portsmouth, NH. Work alongside two board-certified Internists while supporting complex medical cases, advanced diagnostics, and specialized patient care in a collaborative referral hospital environment.This is an opportunity for a CVT, LVT, or RVT who enjoys critical thinking, building advanced Veterinary Technician skills, and being part of a specialty medicine team where your knowledge and contributions make an impact.Compensation
- $22–$36/hour based on experience, licensure, and skillset.
- Up to $1,500 sign on bonus based on credentialing & skill level
- Annual CE Allowance: Starting at $800 for licensed technicians and incremental increases based on total years credentialed

- Full-time position
- Provide exceptional nursing care for internal medicine patients
- Assist with internal medicine procedures and advanced diagnostics
- Perform diagnostic sample collection and processing
- Complete medical calculations accurately
- Support digital radiography and imaging workflow
- Deliver detailed client communication, education, and follow-up
- Partner closely with DVMs and specialty teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through compassionate communication and patient advocacy
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT) required; candidates actively pursuing credentialing are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital preferred
- Internal medicine or specialty experience preferred but not required
- Strong technical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Solid understanding of veterinary medicine and common disease processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty hospital environment
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
