• * Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential
• * At least 5 years' preferably 7 in a CFO position at a law firm
• * Experience with Quick-books, ADP (payroll) and Clio would be a plus
• * Finance leadership experience in a law firm or other professional-services environment
• * Experience with trust accounting, client funds, matter-based billing, realization and utilization metrics, and coordination with counsel regarding professional-responsibility requirements
• * Experience with event or conference budgeting and profitability reporting
• * Experience integrating accounting, practice-management, billing, payroll, banking, and business-intelligence systems
• * Experience supporting growth, process transformation, or finance-function scaling across multiple entities or business lines
