Position: Change Management Contractor/Technology Transformation Manager
Location: Malvern, PA 19355
Duration: 6 Months

Role Description:
1. Business Readiness / Change Management Contractor (Senior Project Manager)
Capabilities:
  • This individual should have depth of expertise leading large-scale programs or transformations.
  • This role is focused on business readiness and change management, and as such this individual should also have depth of expertise in change management as a discipline as well as comfort navigating business processes and technology changes.
  • This is a fast-paced environment interacting with many senior stakeholders.
Business Readiness
  • As part of a transformation program spanning two organizations, work with stakeholders to ensure the seamless transition from one technology platform to another, and one business unit to another.
  • This requires building a depth of understanding to ensure the business functions are ready to operate with new processes, new technology, and new resources.
Change Management
  • Work with both organizations to develop and coordinate a change management strategy and implementation plan.
  • Collaborate with both organizations to deploy the plan.
Program Management
  • Organize meetings, provide follow ups, and proactively drive work.
  • Work with multiple stakeholder groups to drive consensus decisions and ensure outcomes are being met.
  • Support communication across business and technology partners by sharing updates and tracking open items.
  • Help prepare status updates and other documentation for program reviews and working sessions.
2. Senior Technical Program Manager (Senior Project Manager)
Capabilities:
  • This individual should have depth of expertise leading large-scale programs or transformations.
  • This role is focused on a technology platform change across multiple stakeholders and vendors, and as such this individual should also have depth of expertise in technology transformations and vendor management.
  • As this role is also client facing, it is necessary that this individual has strong relationship management skills to navigate senior leaders across organizations.
  • This is a fast-paced environment interacting with many senior stakeholders.
Program Management
  • Proactively drive work, identify issues, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
  • Connect dots across multiple organizations, acting as the glue to ensure parties are informed, operating cohesively, and organized effectively.
  • Organize meetings and provide follow-ups.
  • Work with multiple stakeholder groups to drive consensus decisions and ensure outcomes are being met.
  • Support communication across business and technology partners by sharing updates and tracking open items.
  • Help prepare status updates and other documentation for program reviews and working sessions.
