About the Role- Channel Partner Search Consultant (Recruiting Partner) based in Vermillion, SD- Full-time role with hands-on training from day one- No recruiting background needed

What You'll Do- Build relationships with clients and candidates- Identify talent and connect people with the right opportunities- Make business development calls to grow your client base- Manage your own desk and pipeline
