SUMMARY

Graze Craze North Boca Raton Inc, is a rapidly growing national brand that encourages our team to have fun at work while enjoying life outside of work. We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our charcuterie business. Your primary focus will be on delivering expectational service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving growth while fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- STRATEGIC PLANNING

o Assist with goal and target setting for the team to establish strategies to meet or exceed them

- OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

o Oversee day to day operations to ensure smooth functioning

o Assist in the training and production of charcuterie products

- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

o Assist with management of budget, monitor expense, and implement cost control measures

- TEAM LEADERSHIP

o Recruit, train and motivate a high performing team

- CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES

o Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

- QUALITY CONTROL AND COMPLIANCE

o Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- ServeSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

- Leadership and team building skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Detail oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Experience with social media platforms

- Experience within the catering or food service industry

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Must have the ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs consistently.

DAILY SCHEDULE

- 8-to-10-hour workdays with the availability to work weekends.

SALARY

- Full time position at $20/hr (+Tips)
