Superintendent (Ground Up)A top-performing GC with deep expertise in municipal construction, including K-12, civic, and public safety projects. Offers long-term stability, a strong backlog, and a culture where field leaders are trusted and empowered to run projects.Job DescriptionOversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Manage on-site activities, including scheduling, safety compliance, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively. Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
