Las Vegas Petroleum is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Charleys Crew Member. Our travel centers provide not only fuel services but also delicious dining options, including Charleys Philly Steaks, known for our fresh ingredients and fast service. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and are looking for passionate individuals to join us.

Position Overview:

As a Charleys Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our kitchen staff, responsible for preparing and serving quality food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. If you have a passion for food and customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Charleys standards and recipes.
  • Ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are adhered to at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, but a background in food service or customer service is a plus.
