Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate effectively with other team members, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Charlotte Tilbury product line, offering personalized advice and tutorials to customers.

Qualifications:

A strong passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in makeup and skincare.
Previous experience in retail or beauty advisory roles is highly desirable.
