CHARTER Program Manager
The Company: Our Company Is a Dual-Diagnosis Enhanced, Behavioral Health Treatment and Housing Provider in Salt Lake City, Utah. They Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions for Individuals who Have Chronic Behavioral Health Conditions, Histories of Homelessness, Mental Illness, Criminal Justice Involvement, and Primary Health Concerns.
The Position: The CHARTER Program Manager Oversees a Permanent Supportive Housing Program Serving Individuals With Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. This Role Provides Leadership to the Clinical and Case Management Team, Ensures Implementation of Evidence-Based Practices, Including Housing Stability, Clinical Engagement, Life-Skills Development, and Overall Recovery.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• 36 Hour Work Week• Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM• Oversee Clinical Service Delivery and Evidence-Based Practice Implementation• Supervise and Support Clinical and Case Management Staff• Manage Staff Schedules, On-Call Coverage, and Client Service Coordination• Monitor Housing Stability, Treatment Plans, Drug Screens, And Program Adherence• Track and Report Program Outcomes to Leadership• Facilitate Team Meetings and Provide Coaching and Corrective Action When Needed• Collaborate With Community Providers, Property Managers, and External Partners• Ensure Compliance With Legal, Ethical, and Privacy Regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)• Maintain Timely Documentation and Clinical Reporting
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in the Mental Health Field• Active Utah Clinical Licensure (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Etc.)• Experience Working With Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Use Populations• Strong Leadership, Organizational, And Communication Skills• Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices and Supportive Housing Models• ACT Model Familiarity Preferred• Designated Examiner Certification (Utah) Preferred
