Company Overview:

Prep Redzone is America's #1 Event Operator for Football Events. Hosting many tournaments all over the country this year, we specialize in premium experience for prospects and players at all levels of competition.

Job Summary:

As a check-in staff member, you will be the first person teams see as they enter the venue. You will be responsible for welcoming spectators, scanning tickets, distributing event wristbands, and checking wristbands of spectators at the entry point. You will receive a complimentary staff shirt to wear during the event.

Event: Seven on 7 Battle in the Bluegrass State

Date: Saturday, February 28thWork Hours: 6:30am to 8:00pmDate: Sunday, February 29thWork Hours: 6:30am to 5:00pm

Location: Elizabethtown Sport Park

Address: Elizabethtown Sports Park, West Park Road, Elizabethtown, KYPay Rate: You will be paid $15/hour for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Greet spectators as they arrive and during the event.
Scan spectator QR codes and distribute wristbands.
Monitor returning spectators by verifying valid event wristbands at re-entry points.
Assist with the needs of the event director.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written.)
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
Technical Requirements: Must have a fully charged laptop and charger, with experience in Google Sheets and Docs.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirement: Must be able to stand for up to an hour at a time during your shift.
