- Verify patient information and update records.
- Provide patients with visit summaries, referrals, and instructions.
- Answer phones and assist with general inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Support front office operations as needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
