Job Description

Job Title: Checker / LoaderLocation: Ankeny, IAPay Rate: $20.00 per hourShift: 2nd Shift, 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMSchedule: Tuesday – Saturday

Responsibilities include:

  • Move stacks of product throughout the facility
  • Fill orders for delivery routes
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Use pick-to-light or voice-activated equipment
  • Maintain food safety and food quality standards
  • Follow all procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan
  • Report and take action to prevent food safety or quality issues
  • Support compliance with SQF standards and third-party audits

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stack, carry trays, and push or pull product
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
