Chef/ Manager needed for School Food Service in the Caldwell, NJ area. Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2 pm daily. No weekends or holidays, summers off.
K - 12 School food service experience preferred, not required. Must be familiar with high volume purchasing, and catering.
Duties to include:
- Creating menu ideas while adhering to NSLP guidelines
- Over seeing the kitchen operations on a daily basis.
- Catering events
- Staffing needs
- Enforcing safety and food handling protocol
- Inventory, etc.
