Nous recrutons un(e) Chef d'Équipe Transformation pour assurer le pilotage des opérations de production et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, productivité et performance.

Vos missions :

  • Organiser et superviser les activités de production.
  • Animer et accompagner les équipes au quotidien.
  • Veiller au respect des plannings, des standards qualité et des règles HSE.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et contribuer à l'amélioration continue.
  • Identifier et traiter les anomalies afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'activité.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+2 minimum dans une spécialité technique ou industrielle.
  • Expérience confirmée en environnement industriel et en animation d'équipe.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'analyse.
  • Bonne maîtrise des indicateurs de production et des exigences HSE.
