Chemical Process Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will offer essential engineering support, analytics, and expertise to enhance the operations within our production departments. You are expected to provide technical services and insights to your designated unit by closely monitoring operations and proposing improvements to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency while minimizing costs and emissions. A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and over three years of relevant experience are required, preferably in distillation processes within a chemical manufacturing context. Your responsibilities will include developing tests for operational changes, evaluating their outcomes, investigating new technologies for safety and efficiency, and collaborating with teams to optimize processes. Key tasks involve the maintenance and enhancement of existing equipment, designing new processes, and effectively managing technical projects. This role requires strong physical stamina, including the capability to lift significant weights and the ability to work extended shifts in possibly stressful environments. You will also be a cultural liaison, bridging cross-cultural work interactions and advancing our commitment to an inclusive workplace.
