What You'll Be Doing:

  • Complete comprehensive chemical use and mental health assessments for adolescents
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with diagnosis and clinical criteria
  • Collaborate with courts, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Lead chemical use groups and determine appropriate curricula
  • Provide education and prevention programming to the community
  • Maintain timely documentation and participate in supervision and quality improvement

Who We're Looking For:

  • M.A. or M.S. in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adolescents and families required.
  • Licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska (LMHP) required.
  • Licensed or provisionally licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Nebraska (LADC or PLADC) or willingness to attain provisional status within 12 months of employment required.
  • Licensed independent mental health practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
  • Registered Provider Status in the State of Nebraska preferred.

  • Reasonably expected to have and maintain sufficient strength, agility, and endurance to perform during stressful (physical, mental and emotional) situations encountered on the job without compromising their health and well-being or that of their fellow employees, youth, or families. Subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally and inside conditions frequently. Includes constant interruptions, inappropriate behaviors, and the potential for verbal and physical threats from youth.
