Zur Unterstützung in der TSG suchen wir ab 01.05.2026 einen

Chemielaboranten (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Herstellungsprozessen und Prüfverfahren für Dentalmaterialien im Labormaßstab
  • Unterstützung bei der Übertragung und Validierung neuer Prüfmethoden
  • Selbständige Durchführung von retrospektiven Anlagenqualifizierungen einschließlich der Dokumentenerstellung
  • Vorbereitung / Kommunikation der im Rahmen von Prozessentwicklung und Validierungen anstehenden Aktivitäten mit den Bereichen Planung, Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessentwicklung, Upscaling, Prozesstransfer und Prozessvalidierungen
  • Geordnete Dokumentation von Anlagenqualifizierungen / Prozessvalidierungen und von Primärdaten aus Versuchen und Messungen
  • Aufbereitung von Messdaten
  • Technische Unterstützung des Produktionspersonals bei der Einführung neuer Herstellungsverfahren und deren Validierung
  • Vorbereitung von Proben für externe Untersuchungen
  • Verantwortung für die Laborordnung
  • Übernahme definierter Geräteverantwortung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant / chemisch-technischer Assistent, physikalisch-technischer Assistent (jeweils m/w/d)
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich der analytischen und präparativen Chemie
  • Kenntnisse in der Materialkunde dentaler Produkte sowie physikalischer Messmethoden von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick/Handfertigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, sorgfältige, konzentrierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytische Denkweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Englischkenntnisse, gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Ständige Lembereitschaft
