Job Description:
Antwerpen Chevrolet is seeking motivated and energetic candidates to join our team as Automotive Sales Representatives. Our Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in our customer's journey to finding their next vehicle. The ideal candidate is driven to succeed and enthusiastic.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Build enriching relationships with customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive the sales process
- Establish trust with our customers in order to build a strong network of clientele and prospects
- Set a clear vision and goal for your sales performance
- Play an active role in day-to-day operations to drive business growth
- Maintain awareness of available vehicle options
- Conduct test drives with customers
- Provide detailed product demonstrations
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computers and technology (Outlook, Word, Social Media)
- Honest, driven and results oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Prior experience in a customer facing role (required)
Experience:
For this role we are looking exclusively for candidates with previous experience in a customer facing role. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus.
