Required and/or Preferred Qualification:
- Prior leadership experience in a fast paced food service environment (Quick Service, Fast Food, or high volume dining) is a requirement for consideration.
- ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Required)
- High standards in the area of operational excellence, quality, and customer service (Required)
- Exhibits a natural ability and desire to coach, mentor and develop others and themselves (Required)
- Positive attitude (Required)
- Ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly
