This is more than a Chief Estimator role — it is an opportunity to influence how we pursue work, build teams, protect margins, and support long-term company growth.We are looking for someone who combines deep design/build and electrical estimating expertise with leadership, business acumen, and the ability to build scalable systems and processes.What You’ll Lead

Lead ELCCO’s estimating and preconstruction function
Drive bid strategy, pricing quality, and backlog discipline
Partner closely with Operations, Project Management, and Business Development
Develop estimating standards, tools, and scalable processes
Mentor and develop estimators and preconstruction staff
Provide leadership insight into market trends, risk, and opportunity selection
Improve estimating systems, cost databases, and operational alignment
