The Chief Estimator
- Healthcare, Life Science & Academic will be responsible for:Lead and oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates for healthcare construction projects.Analyze project plans, specifications, and addendums to determine scope and requirements.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather accurate cost data.Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing.Evaluate project risks and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.Present cost estimates and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and construction methodologies.Mentor and guide junior estimators to foster professional growth within the team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
