Position Overview:

As Chief Legal Officer, you will be the senior-most legal authority, responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership.

● Key Responsibilities:

Lead corporate legal strategy and provide counsel on all legal and compliance issues.
Oversee regulatory matters, including FDA compliance and risk mitigation.
Manage internal legal operations and external counsel relationships.
Advise on M&A, corporate governance, IP protection, and commercial contracts.
Implement best practices to align legal strategy with overall business goals.
Ensure the company’s legal posture is proactive, defensible, and adaptable.

● Qualifications:

JD (Juris Doctor) and active bar membership required.
20+ years of progressive legal experience, including leadership roles in the life sciences industry.
Deep expertise in FDA regulations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
Demonstrated success influencing executive teams and guiding legal strategy.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
