Description:

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Chief Medical Officer/Physician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA!

Position Highlights:

Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM
Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week; anticipating 50% administrative time & 50% patient-facing time seeing on average 18-20 patients per day in a full patient care day
Full supportive provider team includes: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers
Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary: starting around $300,000+ based on experience with additional quality & productivity incentives
EHR: Ochin Epic

Requirements:

What you’ll need

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
1-3 years of clinical leadership experience
