The CNO is responsible for driving excellence in patient care, fostering a supportive and professional environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and continued quality improvement/patient safety. Qualifications:* BSN Degree Required* Master's Degree or enrolled in Master's program required* Qualified candidates will have 10+ years clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting * Prefer 5 years progressive management experience in an inpatient setting, hospital, rehab or inpatient rehab setting* Demonstrated ability to lead, drive quality metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement * Active RN License in Nevada or eligibleInterested in hearing more?
