This executive leader will play a critical role in driving patient care excellence, improving operational processes, strengthening workforce engagement, and ensuring regulatory readiness while partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

Job Details

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for nursing and clinical operationsOversee Nursing, Education, Dialysis, Respiratory Therapy, and Clinical Dietitian servicesLead and develop nursing leadership, including Nurse Managers and Nurse SupervisorsDrive patient care quality, safety initiatives, and clinical excellence programsEnsure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirementsLead operational improvement efforts and implement sustainable process changesManage staffing strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiativesMonitor nursing quality indicators, patient outcomes, productivity, and operational performance metricsDevelop and execute nursing department goals aligned with organizational objectivesFoster interdisciplinary collaboration across all clinical departmentsPrepare the organization for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspectionsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts throughout the nursing organizationParticipate in executive on-call responsibilities and organizational leadership initiativesPartner with senior leadership to drive hospital performance and patient satisfaction outcomes
