Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per yearA bit about us:A dynamic leader in inpatient rehabilitation healthcare committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes through innovation, clinical excellence, collaborative leadership, and a focus on professional development.Why join us?Competitive base salary $130,000–$160,000 (targeting $145K–$150K) with potential for performance incentivesKey seat on the executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEOOpportunity to build long-term stability and drive meaningful team growth using established career laddersLead a dedicated nursing team in a 60-bed private inpatient facility with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios (7:1 days / 8:1 nights)Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and generous PTOChance to implement processes, hold staff accountable, and foster a culture of CRRN certification and professional advancementInclusive, mission-driven environment focused on rehabilitation excellence and employee developmentJob DetailsJob Details / Responsibilities:Provide strategic nursing leadership and oversight for all clinical operations as a member of the executive leadership teamHold 24-hour accountability for nursing services, including staffing, policy development, procedure implementation, and budgetary managementDirectly manage 4 key reports while providing dotted-line oversight to RNs, RNTs, Nurse Supervisors, and related departments (Infection Control, Respiratory, Educator, Wound Care Center, Dialysis)Drive staff accountability, performance management, and disciplinary processes when neededChampion internal team development by growing CRRN-certified nurses and utilizing career ladder programsCollaborate with the CEO and leadership to enhance patient care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory complianceFoster a positive, high-performance culture focused on consistency, professional growth, and long-term leadership stabilityQualifications:Current unrestricted RN licensure in the appropriate stateBLS certification required; ACLS preferredCommitment to obtain CRRN certification within one year of meeting eligibility requirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field (Master’s or advanced degree strongly preferred or equivalent advanced knowledge/skills)Minimum 5 years of inpatient hospital nursing experienceAt least 2 years of recent (within last 5 years) nursing management experience including 24-hour accountability, FTE/staff management, policy/procedure oversight, budget responsibility, and conducting disciplinary actionsInterested in hearing more?
