Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per yearA bit about us:A respected inpatient rehabilitation hospital delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized setting focused on recovery, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Why join us?Competitive base salary $130,000–$140,000 with potential for additional consideration based on qualificationsStrategic seat on the executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEOOpportunity to lead and develop a large clinical team in a focused, impactful rehabilitation environmentComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plan optionsCareer advancement in a growing organization committed to quality outcomes and professional developmentSupportive, team-oriented culture with emphasis on work-life balance and meaningful patient impactJob DetailsJob Details / Responsibilities:Provide executive nursing leadership and strategic direction for all nursing and clinical servicesOversee day-to-day operations of nursing, therapy support, education, infection prevention, wound care, dialysis, scheduling, respiratory therapy, and dietary departmentsHold 24-hour accountability for clinical performance, quality outcomes, and patient safetyManage a team of approximately 48-50 direct and indirect reports including RNs, RNTs, and clinical specialistsDevelop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards of careManage departmental budgets, staffing plans, FTE allocation, and resource optimizationLead performance management, disciplinary processes, and staff development initiativesCollaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive hospital goals and regulatory complianceChampion evidence-based practice, infection control, and continuous quality improvementEnsure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policiesQualifications:Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Colorado (or ability to obtain prior to start)BLS certification required; ACLS preferredCRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field required (Master’s or higher degree strongly preferred or in progress)Minimum of five (5) years of inpatient hospital experienceAt least two (2) years of recent nursing management experience (within the last 5 years) including 24-hour accountability, FTE/staff management, policy/procedure development, budget oversight, and disciplinary responsibilitiesInterested in hearing more?
