Job Details

Oversee 1 Nurse Manager, 4 Nurse SupervisorsCollaborate across disciplines to improve care quality and outcomesDrive strategic improvements in staffing, culture, and patient ratiosRepresent nursing on key hospital committees and initiatives

RequirementsCurrent RN license and BLS certification (ACLS preferred)BSN and Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program)5+ years in a hospital setting; 2+ years in nursing managementExperience with IRF or acute care preferred
