Job Description
Well-established and growing non-profit aimed at providing disability services seeks a qualified Chief Quality and Compliance Officer to join their team. The Chief Quality and Compliance Officer (CQCO), as directed by the Agency's Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible for overseeing the agency-wide compliance with federal, state, (e.G., OPWDD), and local regulations, directing quality assurance, risk management, and HIPAA privacy. Key duties include directing audits, managing investigations, developing policies, and reporting trends to the Board. The position ensures that the Board of Directors, management, and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that agency policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the agency meets the agency s Code of Conduct. The Chief Quality and Compliance Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a direct report to the Board of Directors. Hours are Monday
- Friday 9:00am
- 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience. Company offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b), Life, Disability, and Paid Time Off.
