Your Opportunity + Impact

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for developing and executing the company's technology vision with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, automation, and technology-enabled business growth. The CTO serves as a strategic and hands-on technology leader who identifies, evaluates, and implements emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency, project delivery, employee productivity, and client value. This role combines executive leadership with deep technical expertise, requiring direct involvement in the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that advance organizational capabilities, foster innovation, and support long-term business objectives.

Working closely with executive leadership, operational leaders, project managers, discipline leads, and technical teams, the CTO drives enterprise technology innovation while promoting technology adoption across the organization.
