MarinHealth Behavioral Health Program

The MarinHealth Behavioral Health program is looking for another Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing team. Our robust behavioral health program offers a comprehensive approach to mental wellness for patients at every stage of life, and at multiple levels of care in outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and inpatient settings. We practice patient-centered, team-based care, with an exceptionally talented and collaborative, multidisciplinary team, and are proud to work with some of the Bay Area's most esteemed clinicians specializing in a variety of treatments including group and individual CBT and DBT, interventional psychiatry, and medication management. The Position

• Enjoy working as part of our expanding child & adolescent behavioral health program, providing care in both our ambulatory clinic and our adolescent IOP program, ASPIRE | MarinHealth.
• Collegial environment with exceptional quality and talented support staff.
• FT or PT opportunity available, with employment through MarinHealth Medical Group.
• Epic integrated electronic health records utilize.

The Position Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Fellowship in Child & Adolescent psychiatry.
• Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Practice evidence based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $325,000 - $365,000. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements. 
• Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3.
• Comprehensive benefits package (for employed position) including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD) and basic life insurance, with a voluntary life insurance option, EAP and a retirement plan with employer match.
