TITLE: Child Nutrition Team LeadCOMPENSATION: $20/hr
HOURS: 16-28 hours/week
JOB SUMMARY:
• The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Utah provides afterschool meals to low-income youth throughout• Utah. Under the direction of the Child Nutrition Director, Team Leads will ensure meals are packaged,• served, and delivered.KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):• 1. Oversee the daily packaging, distribution, and delivery of meals to ensure compliance with• CACFP and SFSP guidelines.• 2. Train and support staff and volunteers on meal service procedures, food safety, and proper• documentation.• 3. Conduct site visits to monitor meal service operations and ensure compliance with program• regulations.• 4. Maintain accurate records of meal counts, inventory, and delivery logs for reporting purposes.• 5. Ensure cleanliness and organization of food storage and preparation areas.• 6. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and tracking food supply• levels.• 7. Communicate effectively with site staff and supervisors to address any issues related to meal• service.• 8. Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:• Must be at least 21 years of age• High school diploma or equivalent• Must have a current driver's license• Be a United States citizen or permanent resident• Must pass a background check• Able to manage multiple tasks and be attentive to details• Able to lift 40-50 lbs• Professional and welcoming demeanor and attitude
