Childcare Administrative Lead
Full-Time | Non-Exempt

The Administrative Childcare Lead is a dynamic role combining administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in the childcare environment. This individual will assist with office operations, support classroom staff, deliver designated childcare medical services, and ensure thorough documentation of child-related services. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Complete assigned office tasks such as attendance tracking and basic correspondence.
Maintain accurate child and staff files in compliance with organizational policies and licensing standards.
Assist in tracking and submitting required reports and documentation.
Childcare Support & Supervision
Provide daily support and supervision of children and staff in classrooms, recreational, and transition settings.
Administer medications and medical services as trained and required.
Assist Classroom Lead Teachers in delivering goal-based and lesson-planned activities.
Documentation & Data Entry
Accurately document all service delivery, child observations, and incidents.
Input data related to child goals and services in a timely and accurate manner.
Work collaboratively to ensure high-quality, child-centered documentation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a childcare or educational setting; administrative experience a plus.
CPR/First Aid and Universal Precautions certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry software.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and actively engage with children.
Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds may be required.
Offer contingent upon the succressful completetion of a criminal background check, dependernt adult and child abuse background check, and drug screen.
