Assistant Teacher / Floater (Childcare)

We’re looking for Assistant Teachers and Floaters to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee — people who bring energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.

🧸 What You’ll Do in This Role
As an Assistant Teacher / Floater, you’ll:
- Support classrooms across the center as needed
- Assist Lead Teachers with daily activities and routines
- Help create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment
- Work with different age groups depending on the day
- Build positive relationships with children and your team
- Be part of a school culture where we learn, grow, and sometimes end the day with a dance party 🎉
No two days are exactly the same — and that’s what makes this role so fun.
⏰ Schedule
Monday–FridayFull Time: 9:00am – 6:00pmNo nights. No weekends.
💰 Compensation
$13–$14 per hour

✅ What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Reliability and willingness to jump in and help where needed
- Someone who brings energy, patience, and joy to the classroom
