We’re looking for anAssistant Teachersto join our team atBoise Kid Co. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, caring, and excited to support young learners in a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll work closely with Lead Teachers to help create meaningful learning experiences and support children as they grow and develop.

⏰Schedule
Monday–Friday9:30 am – 6:00 pmNo nights. No weekends.
💰Compensation
$14–$17 per hour, based on education and experience

📚What You’ll Do
- Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities
- Help implement activities that support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Take direction, accept feedback, and continuously grow in your role
- Follow all licensing, safety, and center policies
✅What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus
- CDA or higher is a plus
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑first mindset
- Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
