Land of Learning Childcare is a licensed childcare center seeking aCook/Dietary Aide!
To beQUALIFIEDfor this position, werequirea high school diploma OR GED, previouskitchen experience,and the ability to pass all background checks. Aplusif you a current ServSafe/Food Handler certificate!
Required Shift:Monday- Friday, 7:30am- 4:30pm
Compensation: $17 - $18/hour

MainJob Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing nutritious well-balanced meals, that meet food program requirements for items served.
- Oversee the maintenance of a clean,orderly,and sanitary kitchen.
- Manage monthly inventory on non-food items, such as cups, plates etc. as well as all food items needed for the food service order; disperse groceries, food service, and paper supply order to appropriate areas of thebuilding.
- Request items within budget foradditionalequipment needed to helpmaintainthe kitchen andmealtimeson track and turnin request to theCenterDirector.
- Assistin the classrooms as needed by relieving teachers for breaks and being anadditionalsupport resource.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing,walking,running,and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
