Work Type: On-Site | In-Home ChildcareHours of Availability Required: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMRole SummaryJovie Childcare, in partnership with Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, is seeking experienced caregivers for Emergency / Backup In-Home Childcare supporting infants through preschool-aged children (birth-5 years). This role requires flexibility for short-notice or same-day assignments during the 7:00 AM-7:00 PM coverage window in rotating family homes.ScheduleAvailable to work between the hours of: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMTypical shifts ~8 hours

Full TimeRequirements (Must Have)2+ years professional childcare experience (infant-5)Private in home care experience is a plus

Professional and character referencesCPR/First Aid (or willing)Reliable car | Active auto insurance

Willing to travel 45-60 minutes or within 35 miles

Pet-friendly; no pet allergies

Comfortable with emergency / short-notice care
