Childcare Teacher – Early Learning ProgramLocation: The Learning Experience – East Brunswick, NJPay: $18 per hourSchedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a reliable Childcare Teacher to support classrooms across multiple age groups. This role focuses on maintaining a positive learning environment where children develop early skills through structured routines and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Support classroom routines for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
Assist with developmentally appropriate learning activities
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Supervise children during activities and transitions
Support social and emotional development
Communicate professionally with families and staff
Follow all licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma required
Prior childcare experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
