Assistant Daycare Teacher

What You'll Do

Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
Help implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, supporting hands-on learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play, exploration, and daily interactions.
Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
Build positive relationships with children and their families by communicating daily through our mobile app and in-person conversations.
Work collaboratively with your teaching team to create a positive, fun, and enriching learning experience every day.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Must meet all state licensing requirements for the position.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.

Compensation: $15.92 - $17.00 per hour
