What You'll Do

Create a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
Bring our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to life through fun, hands-on learning experiences.
Foster each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Build meaningful relationships with children and their families through daily communication, updates, and celebrations of milestones.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team that is dedicated to making every day a positive experience for our students.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to meet all state licensing requirements for the position.
A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and genuine passion for working with young children.
