We are looking for a caring, dependable, and passionate Childcare Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.

Our teachers play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. Depending on experience and the needs of our center, teachers may support different classrooms and age groups throughout our early childhood program.

What You'll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences.
• Use play-based learning to encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Support daily classroom routines, transitions, meals, rest periods, and activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe and communicate children's progress and developmental milestones.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, leadership, and center staff.
• Follow all health, safety, and state licensing requirements.
• Support the classroom and center wherever needed to ensure a positive experience for children and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, daycare, education, or related setting preferred.
• Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, patient, flexible, and positive.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced early childhood environment.
• Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.
