Location: Arlington, VA Metro (22202 & surrounding)Employment: Part-Time or Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt (OT Eligible)Pay Rate Up To: $20.00 per hourWork Type: On-Site | In-Home ChildcareHours of Availability Required: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary

Jovie Childcare, in partnership with Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, is seeking experienced caregivers for Emergency / Backup In-Home Childcare supporting infants through preschool-aged children (birth–5 years). This role requires flexibility for short-notice or same-day assignments during the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM coverage window in rotating family homes.

Schedule

Required availability: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Typical shifts ~8 hours
Part-time or full-time schedules based on family needs

Requirements (Must Have)

2+ years professional childcare experience (infant–5)
Infant & toddler experience required
Professional and character references
Pass background check
CPR/First Aid (or willing)
Reliable car | Clean DMV-verified license | Active auto insurance
Willing to travel 45–60 minutes or within 35 miles
Pet-friendly; no pet allergies
Comfortable with emergency / short-notice care
Available to work between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
