- Lead and facilitate engaging fitness classes for children aged 3 months- 10 years.
- Provide personalized attention and encouragement to each child during activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and clean gym environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and families.
- Help organize and participate in special events and birthday parties.
- Experience working with children in a fitness or recreational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Background in physical education, child development, or related field is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and engage in physical activity.
