Practice Chiropractic. Help Build a Great Clinic.

Your primary responsibility will always be providing exceptional patient care, but we also believe great doctors play an important role in the success of their clinic.

You'll work alongside experienced Wellness Coordinators, fellow Doctors, and leadership to create an outstanding patient experience, support your team, and help achieve clinic goals. Our leadership team provides the operational support, coaching, and resources needed so you can spend less time on administrative burdens and more time caring for patients while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

What You'll Do

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, you'll provide high-quality chiropractic care while helping create an exceptional experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform patient consultations, examinations, and chiropractic evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment recommendations
  • Deliver safe and effective chiropractic adjustments
  • Educate patients on spinal health, wellness, and preventative care
  • Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional care and communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Recommend appropriate treatment plans and wellness programs
  • Collaborate with your clinic team to achieve patient satisfaction and clinic goals
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture

Qualifications

We're looking for doctors who are committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and being a great teammate.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Current Alabama chiropractic license or the ability to obtain one before employment
  • Successful completion of NBCE examinations
  • Eligible for malpractice insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Passion for helping patients live healthier, more active lives
