Job Description
Hire Resolve is assisting civil and infrastructure organizations in hiring experienced engineering professionals for multiple openings across transportation, land development, water resources, and municipal infrastructure. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level candidates with a clear pathway toward technical leadership and project management. Key Responsibilities Lead civil design and plan development for roads, drainage, grading, utilities, and site development Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination Oversee permitting and compliance with local/state/federal requirements Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction submittals Partner with clients, municipalities, and contractors through delivery Requirements BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline 7–15+ years of civil/infrastructure project experience Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation (role dependent) Strong knowledge of design standards, permitting, and construction documentation PE license preferred (or active progression toward licensure) Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development
