Heavy Civil Construction Engineer - Project ManagerLocation: Braintree MA Employment Type: Full-TimeBuild the Infrastructure That MattersAn established and growing civil construction organization is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure projects across the Greater Boston and New England region.   • Own projects from preconstruction through final closeout, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for multimillion-dollar civil construction projects
  • Partner closely with field leadership to drive productivity, solve problems, and keep work moving safely and efficiently
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Oversee project documentation including change orders, progress reporting, and contract compliance
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
What We re Looking For
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction
  • Proven success managing infrastructure projects valued at $5M or more
  • Experience with roadway, bridge, earthwork, and/or utility construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and decision-making skills
