Civil Design Engineer

Impact Recruitment is looking for a Civil Design Engineer to join our client’s Land Development services team in Lacey, Washington. You will work within a fun and dynamic team to produce a range of deliverables from planning studies to construction documents and provide support to our clients during construction. You will typically work on several projects at various stages concurrently or occasionally predominately on one big project. Our projects are primarily site development in nature with a broad civil engineering skillset required to design grading, drainage, utilities, paving and horizontal control. Civil engineering skills in road and utility infrastructure are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site development and civil engineering design B.S. in Civil Engineering EIT Certification Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D capabilities Proficient in stormwater hydrology modeling software Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team Ability to work dynamically with clients and project team members Effective written and verbal communication Strong technical and organizational abilities Authorized to work in the USA and not require future visa sponsorship Benefits: An excellent 401K retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
