Job Description
Our client is looking for a Civil Drafter/Designer responsible for assisting the civil engineering team on various residential and commercial projects.Required:
- Associates degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree acceptable*
- 2+ years experience in a position with emphasis on residential developments with working knowledge of multi-family developments, small to medium commercial sites, and institutional campus improvements*
- AutoCAD proficiency*
- Civil 3D proficiency*
- Experience in the analysis, design, and construction management of land development*
- Experience from the concept to construction completion of a project*
- Layout, grading, storm drainage network design, utility design, erosion control, road networks, specifications, permit submittal and review, field inspections and investigations
