We’re looking for a Civil Engineer with strong site development experience to join a dynamic team working on impactful infrastructure and development projects in Omaha, Nebraska. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will play a key part in planning, designing, and supporting site development projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading site development, site master planning, and site selection efforts

• Designing underground utility layouts and site space planning

• Performing hydrology analysis for storm drain system design

• Analyzing and designing gravity-based wastewater systems

• Developing final grading plans, including cut/fill analysis and earthwork balancing

• Preparing erosion & sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP)

• Supporting permitting and approvals with local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)

• Conducting stormwater modeling and analysis using tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, sustainable infrastructure solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in civil engineering or site development

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required

• Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Experience with stormwater modeling software (StormCAD, CivilStorm, or similar)

• Data center project experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong understanding of site grading, utilities, drainage, and permitting processes
