What your future day will look like:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of land development projects
• Oversee site planning, grading, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
• Guide projects through all phases—from initial concept and regulatory approvals to construction and final delivery
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local officials to ensure project success
• Review technical deliverables for quality and compliance
• Mentor and supervise junior engineering staff
• Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
• Contribute to business development through networking and proposal preparation

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in South Carolina (will consider another state)
• 10+ years of experience in land development projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering staff
• Experience with technical review of civil engineering plans
• Track record of successful project management and client engagement
• Established network within development, architecture, or energy sectors
